Where We are Up to With Our Houses

Glen Abby

So the tilling is done, nice work Ben and his team! The fix out is done and the fit off is happening for the plumbing, electrical and carpeting. The plumbing will be finished mid to late January. There is really not much left to do on this house before its finished!

3407 Gainsborough

A new home that we have just started 4 weeks ago and we have already gotten it up to lock up stage! The Frame is up and the roof is on the pool shell is in windows are in, good on you boys your doing a great job! And a very fast one at that! This house will be up in no time just like all the others we have been doing in Peregian Springs.

In case you haven’t noticed these houses are side by side, this makes a few things easier! We have just stared this new home last Wednesday, the slab and in ground shell of pool has been put in one day! We are defiantly pumping these houses out, but we couldn’t’t do it without our amazing team!

Buderim

We have almost finished this huge home, it has been pained in and out, the stairs are in and the driveway is looking at being done early next. We have also started the large pool deck. We can’t wait to see this home finished, it’s going to be amazing!

Derby

So the boys are getting ready for plasterboard inside and the internal
stairwells are being made and getting ready to install. One of the decks out the back is being built as we speak, its 7 meters above ground! Most of the external cladding is almost done the plumbers and elections are finishing off their rough in now. We all can’t wait to see the finished product with this home!

Hand Overs

He has had a great time in Thailand at Koh Samui and business is looking good
for the near future.

Let The Reno Begin

Our dedicated boys have been working hard on Marcel and Alisons Reno on Derby
Road at Moffat Beach. We are up to the trusses and rafters stage, getting ready
to put the roof securely on before Christmas. The house has undeniably been
through ages as evidence of having itself marked with few obstacles roughly
encrypted on it. Expestos has been removed and discarded as part of the
renovation process. Since the house renovation includes adding a new extension,
our team has initiated adding more support to the house’s foundation for it to
carry the weighty load of the said expansion. We are keenly hoping to have this
house at lock up stage before Christmas.

There’s No Mucking Around

This house is one of our small project style homes. We have started focusing on
its renovations 5 weeks ago and as always, it has gone unbelievably quick! The
slab has been accomplished as well as the frame in a few days time. The house
has been successfully covered with new-fangled roofs and has been securely
built wit lock ups. Plastering has been completed on top of the outside
rendering. And alas! The house has never been this ready for spanking new
painting! In addition, we have been grippingly keeping both of our eyes open in
seeing the pool be finished and be filled with soothing water.

We Welcome New Customers

With warm hearts, we extend our deepest welcome to Mr. Jason Payne and his wife
Mrs. Susan Payne as well as Dr. Andrew Souness and Dr Leonie for having their
selves successfully included in the set of our most valued clientele.

Our enthusiastic teams were currently building Jason and Susan a home in
Gainsborough Crescent, Peregian Springs that is exclusively customized and
designed by Kieron James Design. The proposed one story room comprises of four
personalized bedrooms having one of it build with a walk in robe and an en
suite. The home is intended to have a living area that speaks nothing but
convenient elegance and a dining area that will make its occupants taste the
bounty feeling of eating. An Alfresco area will be sophistic ally supplemented
in addition to a modish pool. The planned home will be leaving an airy space
for entertainment through the creation of Media room. A double lock up garage
will complete the house package. The deliberated Payne’s home will certainly be
build with a classy ambiance of safety and comfortable living.

On the other hand, the home anticipated for Andrew and Leonie is in parallel
with the one that we will be building for Jason and Susan. Also situated in
Gainsborough Crescent, Peregian Springs, their home will be touched with
features and designs that most likely speak for their personalities. The
projected home is a one story home that is incorporated with four highly
personalized bedrooms, one of which has a walk in robe and an en suite. Safety
will be guaranteed inside the house through having it built with a double lock
up garage. There will be a living area that will constantly knock the doors of
stylishness and a dining room that gives a comfortable and soothing atmosphere.
The house will be fully furnished with a media room, a spacious alfresco area,
and a voguish pool.

Nothing rewards us like seeing our clients jump with pure contentment and
satisfaction. As for us, we will always continue turning dream houses into
sensible reality!

Coastal Homes International

Some exciting news, Alan Little’s Coastal Homes has changed its name to Coastal
Homes International. Yes we are expanding. Our business is going to have an
international arm based in Koh Samui Thailand.

Why I hear you ask? Well we have had consistent requests from Aussie developers
based overseas to take the quality of work we do in Australia to other
countries. After much badgering, Alan decided to finally take a visit to
Thailand and he was impressed with what he saw (plus he loves the weather and
the curries!) and the developers could see the tremendous value Alan offers…
it’s a match made in heaven.

The current Coastal Homes team will still based in Sunshine Coast and Alan will
be setting up a brand new team in Thailand. For a little while Alan will be
doing some international commuting while getting the business set up in
Thailand.  Having said that Alan will be still be very hands on running the
business in Australia and will be keeping his finger on the pulse with daily
meetings with the team and clients via Skype.

The first few projects are quite exciting with a complete renovation of a 200
room resort and then 5 beach villas, which will take approximately 2 years to
complete. We will also be building holiday homes for people that live in
America, Hong Kong, Dubai and many other International countries. So if you are
interested in going to Thailand, make sure you organize to visit Alan and he
can take you around and show you what we are doing.

  Almost Finished

Looking good team, we can hardly recognize the place. Morgan Barwick will be in
her newly renovated beach home soon, I bet she can’t wait! All that’s left now
is to finish the tiling, rendering, painting, fix out slab for garage and a
couple more touch ups. We are expect to hand over this one in November, fingers
crossed the weather stays on our side!

  Well Underway

Don’t blink or you will miss this home going up! I think it would be safe to
say that John and Jacqui would be quite happy with the building progress with
their new home. This home is almost at the half way line. The windows are going
in and the sheeting for inside will be almost finished. We have a few more
trades that need to come yet, this home is well on its way. Personally I cannot
wait to see this home finished, it’s going to be amazing! P.s The boys loved
your honey corn flake bites Jacqui, I think your spoiling them ; )

Some Excited New Customers

This month we are happy to welcome to the Coastal Home’s family, Marcel and
Alison Pitot as well as Barry and Rosemary Mitchell.

Marcel and Alison Pitot have a family home located on Derby Street at Moffat
beach that they would like to renovate. This home is currently two stories high
with three bedrooms and one bathroom. We will be turning this home into three
story, five bedroom, two bathroom, with two decks one on each higher level the
kitchen will be on the top story and there will be a wine storing room on the
lower level, that will be Marcels pride and joy! This renovation will be
getting underway early next week. This home was designed by HR design group.

As for Barry and Rosemary Mitchell they have a new block on Waterville Way in
Peregian Springs, we will be building them a new home that will have four
bedrooms, two bathrooms, pool, a alfresco area they are also putting a media
room in their home. Nothing beats kicking back with some popcorn after a long
day in your own personal media room right? I’m sure they will make good use out
of it! At this stage we have leveled the block and will be pouring the slab
early next week. This home was designed by Kieron James Designs.

Also last but not least, congratulations to Tyrone and Linda on signing up to
get a design underway for their home in Valdora. Paul Hinds wills be designing
this home.

  Hand Overs

There has been one hand over this month, LJ Hooker in Noosa Junction. It was a
pleasure doing business with you Tom Forde, I’m sure you and your team are
happy to be in a fresh new working environment. We have fully renovated their
old office, it now has four offices, one large meeting room , a open working
area out the back and a spacious reception and waiting area.
