Award winning buiding company Coastal Homes International has been setting new standards in building throughout Queensland’s Sunshine Coast since 1988.

Coastal Homes is a family business with Alan’s wife Kim helping with the planning and paperwork and his son, Trent working with Alan in the building company.

Coastal Homes is fast becoming renowned for designing and building specialised homes that suit particular needs and requirements of the relaxed Queensland Lifestyle.

Our Commitment To You

You will deal directly with the Coastal Homes team to shape your home from the ground up or tailor one of their several outstanding designs to meet your personal requirements. Because you are able to communicate directly with the people who are building your home, you will end up with the home you want to live in. We can also work with the architect of your choice, or we can provide exclusive design services in house.

In addition to that, for your piece of mind, all our homes come with:

• A 6 year 6 month structural cracking, water penetration and health and safety issues warranty
• A 3 months maintenance period from when the house is handed over
